Operations Manager / Paid Social Media Specialist

Adglow is seeking an Operations Manager to join their team in Austin, Texas.

The ideal candidate will have strong paid social campaign implementation experience. This person will be the key resource for the entire campaign lifecycle (uploading, optimizing, and reporting). The candidate will be supported by an international campaign management team, based in Madrid, therefore fluency in Spanish is highly preferred.

The candidate should have a thorough understanding of Facebook/Instagram and Pinterest ad products. Although the main focus of the role will be running, optimizing and reporting of campaigns, the candidate will need to grow and maintain an excellent working relationship with all points of contact within our client portfolio with the help of our Strategists and Country Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Setting up and managing paid social media campaigns across multiple platforms as an extension of the international campaign management team.
  • Optimizing campaigns throughout lifetime, to ensure optimal performance.
  • Providing strong insights, according the original campaign strategy and KPI’s.
  • Liaise with the international campaign management team and clients on budgets, creative and best practices.
  • Managing monthly campaign budgets to meet spend requirements and exceed goals.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 2+ years experience placing and managing social media ads.
  • Strong initiative, well organized and highly motivated.
  • Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
  • Strong analytical mind.
  • Structured and customer-oriented working style.
  • Strong research and reporting skill.
